GREEN THREAD COMMUNITY PROJECT & GREEN THREADED STORIES 2019
GREEN SQUARE PRECINCT

This project was created in collaboration with 107 Projects.

The design brief was to use poetry created by students from a local school as inspiration for a series of window displays. The window was to celebrate the Green Square community and the people that live in it.

The concept of the green thread was used as a overarching theme to help present connectivity. (Referencing to the red thread mythology).

Assets included:

• Window 1: artwork of Green Square map used as the back drop for the window

• Window 2: water/oil see-saw machines

• Window 3: Repurposed timber pieces used for a fluttering curtain.

• Window 4: basketball court reference
