Please read the item description carefully for each item you wish to purchase. I try my best to show accurate photos and descriptions of all the items on my website. Most pieces are handmade or produced in my studio, so there may be slight variations in some products. Please keep this in mind when purchasing. That’s the beauty of handmade.

Exchange & Returns
For all returns, including change of mind, please email me at hello@jeffmccann.com.au before you put anything in the post. Please include a short description of what you wish to return in the email. I will come back to you within 2 business days with the next steps.
Once the artwork is received and checked to make sure it is in its original condition with no damage or signs of use I will then offer a credit that you can spend in store or we can organise a refund.

Faulty Product Return
You must notify me of the damages within 14 days of your purchase.

If your product is faulty I will cover the cost of the return when it arrives. Please note we can not accept any responsibility for lost parcels or post, so keep a hold of your tracking number, to make sure Australia Post is accountable. Once the artwork have arrived and I have checked that it is in it’s original condition, I will be in touch with you for a refund.
