REDISCOVER REIMAGINE, 2023

I was asked to paint a mural on the exterior of Reverse Garbage as part of the Inner West Council’s Perfect Match Street Art Program.

My brief was to create a bold and bright design that would capture attention and also give people an idea of what Reverse Garbage is all about.

I came up with Rediscover Reimagine. A design that depicts some of ‘things’ you can find as you shop Reverse Garbage. Paint supplies, crafting items, tools, paints, objects etc. Something I am often doing as a regular customer. We also wanted to make sure that I included some reference to the recycling icon as well.

I took into consideration sight lines for cars and pedestrians. Making sure that the key spaces were high impact.
