As part of this project I wanted to create an opportunity for emerging creatives to gain experience in not only painting a mural but also seeing what it takes to successfully delivering a large scale projects for a client.
I was able to bring on board two people to become my Youth Team; Georgia and Damien.
They were apart of all stages of the project. Helping to run the stage one workshops, collaborating with me to create the final design and helping paint the mural.
They also had access to documents like the pitch deck, budget and application documents. So they could see the business side of running projects.
